Enrollment is defined as “Your” request to purchase “Educational Course” or material from Us.

Your “Rights to cancel enrollment”

You can cancel your enrollment within 10 days of purchase with or without providing reason. The right to cancellation is a chance for the students whose decision is changed after signing up the enrollment form. 10 days is the deadline for cancellation of the enrollment. 100% return guarantee all the fees are refundable in case of cancellation request is approved.

Prior information: in form of a clear statement mentioning the reason of cancellation is appreciated. Your feedback is helpful to Us in terms that we will be able to identify our weakness and rectify it.

Data Requirement

The reclaim of fees will be done after the submission of email: info@globallinkeducation.com or a formal application containing the following data.

• Your Complete name with father name
• Fee deposit date
• Scan or photo copy of the fee Challan Form

After receiving cancellation request we will review your case and the answer/ decision is forwarded to you within one week. Global Link reserves the right to accept or reject the refund request.

Conditions

Returns are processed according to the following Conditions.

We process all the refund cases according to the rules and regulations or Our Institute.

• The recommend fees are returned within 21 days.
• We are responsible for refund of the complete fee if the cancellation request or application is accepted.
• In normal routine practice, the refund amount is disbursed within a month.
• There is no return of Initial Registration fees.
• The Course fee can be returned if request within ten days of enrollment.
• The refund process can be postponed for a month or two.
• The rights of rejection or cancellation are reserved to Global Link.
• All the communications are made through email or in writing.
• There is no fee for processing refund application or reimbursement.

Non-refund

• If the time frame between your enrollment and cancellation request increase beyond ten days.
• After ten days of enrollment you will be liable to pay complete fee of the course.
• Any missing information may lead to non-refund.
• The verbal communication either with teacher or any other staff will not be considered as request for refund.
